Terms of Service

By using bikadro.com ("the platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Who Can Use the Platform
You must be at least 18 years old to use bikadro.com. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.
2. Accounts
You may sign up using your email address or a Google account. Email signups require verification via a one-time code. A verified phone number is also required for all users. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@bikadro.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. Bookings
Clients may browse photographer profiles and services and book an available session. A booking is automatically confirmed upon submission — there is no manual approval step from the photographer.
The platform does not handle payment. After a booking is confirmed, the photographer contacts the client directly to arrange payment, meeting point, and all other logistics. bikadro.com is not a party to any financial transaction between users.
Booking limits. A client may not hold more than 3 active bookings at the same time across the platform, and no more than 1 active booking with the same photographer at once. If a client cancels a booking, they may not rebook the same photographer for 2 days following that cancellation. This cooldown applies only to client-initiated cancellations.
Photographers must honor confirmed bookings. Repeated cancellations or missed sessions may result in warnings or account suspension.
4. Photographer Accounts and Services
Photographers must apply and be approved by bikadro.com before offering services. Each individual service (photowalk or workshop) is also reviewed and approved by an admin before it becomes visible and bookable on the platform. We reserve the right to reject or suspend photographer accounts or services that violate these terms, misrepresent qualifications, or receive repeated complaints.
5. Reviews
After a booking is marked as completed, the client may leave a rating and an optional written review for the photographer. The review window opens the day after the booking end date and remains open for 90 days. Reviews must be honest and based on the actual experience. bikadro.com moderates all reviews before they become visible and may reject content that violates community standards.
6. Reporting
Either a client or a photographer may file a report against the other party in the context of an existing booking. Only one report per booking per reporter is allowed. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team and may result in warnings or account suspension.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Misrepresent your identity or qualifications
- Use the platform for any illegal purpose
- Harass, threaten, or harm other users
- Attempt to circumvent the platform for off-platform bookings
- Post false, misleading, or defamatory content
8. Content
By uploading photos, bios, or other content to bikadro.com, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content on the platform. You retain ownership of your content.
9. Limitation of Liability
bikadro.com acts as a marketplace connecting clients and photographers. We are not responsible for the quality of sessions, payment disputes, disputes between users, or any indirect damages arising from use of the platform.
10. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
